Place Project

Objective:

The objective of this project was to craft a captivating piece of art within a natural setting, designed to leave a lasting impression. Drawing inspiration from my urban roots, I chose to create a chandelier, symbolizing the city lights that hold a special place in my heart. Additionally, I have always found light fixtures to be enchanting and aesthetically pleasing.

Materials Used:
I employed a combination of materials to construct this unique installation, including a decorative steel wall fixture, delicate fairy lights, glass bulb jars, and mesh fabric.

Concept:
My vision was to introduce vibrant colors and mesmerizing light to the natural environment, creating a striking contrast that would catch the eye and evoke a sense of wonder.

Execution:
The chandelier was carefully crafted by merging the industrial charm of the steel wall fixture with the delicate allure of fairy lights. Glass bulb jars added a touch of nostalgia and whimsy, while mesh fabric subtly diffused the light, creating an enchanting ambiance.

The final piece, set amidst the backdrop of nature, successfully captures the essence of urban life while harmonizing with its surroundings. It serves as a beautiful testament to the interplay of art, light, and nature, leaving viewers with a sense of awe and appreciation for the world around us.
